Join Kathryn Arceneaux, a certified yoga instructor, to explore the powerful union of body, mind, and spirit. This class focuses on Hatha Yoga, using a blend of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation to create a sense of inner balance.
All levels are welcome! Modifications will be offered for every pose, ensuring a safe and fulfilling practice for everyone.
