ReWild: Heart Awakening Practice for Women on ZOOM

I invite you to a complimentary Heart Awakening Practice to facilitate radical self love and transformation.

Christiana will guide through tools that not only tap into love, but also tools that bring love to our pain and wounding around love.

You will be introduced to experiencing love as a felt sense in the body to support self regulation so that you can live from a place of power and goodness. As you develop your capacity to love yourself, you develop capacity to hold loving space for others.

This 45 minute practice will include guided breathwork, meditation, and self massage/ reiki work
