Robyns journey into neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement is both personal and academic. With over two decades of yoga experience and a Master’s in Educational Psychology, she has spent her career exploring the intersection of the mind and body, uncovering how movement and breathwork can rewire neural pathways, regulate the nervous system, and enhance mental well-being.
Robyns work is rooted in the belief that healing is both an art and a science. Through her studies in neuroplasticity, trauma-informed yoga, and pain science, she has developed an approach that translates complex neuroscience into tangible, applicable techniques for therapists and individuals alike. As the founder of Empower Yoga & Mindfulness, she has dedicated her career to teaching others how to integrate science-backed movement and breathwork into therapeutic and personal practice. Working with mental health professionals, trauma survivors, and wellness practitioners to equip them with tools that go beyond traditional talk therapy. Tools that help people truly embody their healing process.
