Jill's fascination with stress reduction lead her to study meditation at the Chopra Center and to take Google’s Search Inside Yourself program. She has since interviewed Oncologists, Acupuncturists, Osteopaths, Gynecologists, Women’s Health Practitioners, clinical researchers, and local medical professionals for her blog and is fascinated with the many natural alternatives for stress reduction. Her next project is a podcast focused on interviewing health and wellness professionals in our community on natural health and wellbeing.
Jill was a Manager at MINDBODY prior starting her career in the healing arts. She was Certified as a Massage Practitioner after completing training at California Holistic Institute, Harbin Healing Arts Center, Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, and the College of Ayurveda. She practices Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki, Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Shirodhara and other styles of massage.
